1. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لمنصة ProTrading أو تسجيل حساب جديد، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه وتتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن امتثالك لكافة القوانين والأنظمة المحلية المطبقة على التداول والاستثمار في بلدك.
2. ترخيص الاستخدام وإخلاء المسؤولية الاستثمارية
المنصة تقدم خدمات فحص وتحليل الأسهم لأغراض تعليمية وإحصائية فقط. لا تمثل البيانات أو التحليلات الفنية والأساسية المقدمة من المنصة أي توصية مباشرة بالبيع أو الشراء، ويقع عبء اتخاذ القرار المالي بالكامل على عاتق المستخدم.
3. الحسابات والاشتراكات والمدفوعات
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابه وكلمة المرور. الاشتراك في الباقات المدفوعة (Pro or Elite) هو اشتراك دوري اختياري وخدمي يُدفع مقدماً، ويحق للمستخدم إلغاؤه في أي وقت من خلال حسابه، دون أي مسؤولية لاسترداد الأموال للشهور السابقة المستخدمة.
4. مصادر البيانات وحدود الدقة
يتم جلب بيانات الأسعار وحجم التداول والبيانات المالية من مصادر خارجية ومزودي بيانات موثوقين (مثل Yahoo Finance API و Sahmk API). قد يطرأ أي تأخير محتمل في الأسعار (تأخير 15 دقيقة افتراضي للسوق الأمريكي والسعودي)، ولا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية أي خسائر مالية تنجم عن تقلبات الأسعار الفورية أو انقطاع الخدمات.
5. التعديلات على الشروط والخدمة
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل شروط الخدمة هذه أو إيقاف أو تعديل ميزات المنصة في أي وقت للتطوير. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد نشر التعديلات يمثل موافقة صريحة منك على الشروط المعدلة.

By accessing or using ProTrading, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. You assume full responsibility for complying with all applicable local financial regulations and laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Permitted Use & Financial Disclaimer
This platform provides automated screening and analytical metrics for educational and informational purposes only. The analytical outputs, calculations, and signals do not constitute financial advice, solicitations, or buy/sell recommendations. Users bear sole responsibility for their trading decisions and financial outcomes.
3. Accounts, Subscriptions, & Billing
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite tiers) are recurring billing packages. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
4. Data Integrity & Delays
Market data, prices, and fundamental figures are aggregated from third-party APIs (such as Yahoo Finance and Sahmk API). Data may be delayed by up to 15 minutes. ProTrading does not guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or timing of the feeds, and disclaims any liability for trading losses.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service or discontinue features at any time to upgrade the site. Continued usage of the platform following modifications implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
